Data was collected through self-reporting questionnaires between September 21 and October 6, 2020. The collected data was then analyzed using SPSS/WIN 25.0 for descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Cronbach's alpha.

Results : There was no significant difference in nurse's perceptions of patient safety culture between comprehensive service and general wards. However there was a statistically significant difference in their perceptions of patient participation culture.

Conclusion : This findings show nurses in comprehensive service ward have more cooperative relationships with patients indicating that their attitude toward patient participation is more positive.
